Do you offer volume pricing for dealerships?

Yes. Dealership work is quoted against your monthly volume and the condition of the vehicles you send, rather than off the retail menu. Call (248) 977-3709 and we will put a number together against your actual numbers.

Can you pick up and deliver vehicles?

Yes, across Oakland County. Most dealers we work with would rather not tie up staff shuttling units back and forth, so pickup and delivery is part of how this works.

What turnaround can you commit to?

That depends on volume and condition, and we will give you a real answer rather than an optimistic one. The commitment we make is that the date we give you is the date it comes back, because a unit that is late is a unit you cannot put on the front line.

Do you take vehicles other shops turned down?

Frequently. Difficult trade-ins and auction units are a large part of what we do. If something genuinely cannot be saved we will tell you that before we start rather than bill you for finding out.

Do you do paint or body repair?

We handle minor paint touch-up and wrap or decal removal in house. Structural body work and mechanical repair are not services we offer, and we will point you elsewhere rather than take work we are not set up for.
